When I go to Drs. Simon,Haerian and Ludwig´s office I'm not scared because the staff is really nice, and they let me know what they are going to do before they do it and they tell me if it's going to feel weird on my teeth before they do it.I think they are a great staff. If any of my friends need braces I would recommend them
