We couldn't be happier with our experience! The expertise and communication of all the orthodontists are phenomenal. All the care providers do a great job explaining what they are doing which really helps provide comfort while care is provided. On top of the excellent patient care, the office staff is top notch in working with insurance and our family. We are so grateful for HLS and their phenomenal practice!

The doctors and staff at HLS have been wonderful. They are very flexible with scheduling, they are patient and gentle, and they make the whole process very easy. I highly recommend them for any orthodontia needs!

Went for an initial exam, staff was courteous and explained every thing I needed for my treatment. Multiple options for payments. Kind staff and doctor.

Always so welcoming. They greet and leave you with a smile. My smile is coming so far because of them! 100% recommend!!!!

The workers are really nice and are gentle in my mouth. They like to make things fun but are serious at the same time. I always look forward to go to the orthodontist because of them.
HLS has been amazing at helping and making sure my daughter is comfortable with her braces. The staff is super nice and so understanding. It has made this time go so smoothly and really help my daughter not be afraid of what others will think and she has loved her braces.
I was so scared to get braces because all my friends told me about how much they HURT-- my older brother didn't help either. I've been consistently comfortable with braces, surprisingly, and whenever something goes wrong, the staff are graceful and diligent in correcting it.
The staff are very friendly and professional. They run on time, but I have never felt rushed. My son and I will be getting our braces this summer and I could not have chosen a better office to work with. We are ready for some straight teeth!!
At HLS, we are so lucky because, just like our patients, we're plugged into the Patient Rewards Hub! Staff get rewarded for doing things like making sure time cards are filled out correctly (duh - who doesn't want to get paid?!) and being on time to work (Ok, some of us are more challenged in this department). My favorite is when our one year anniversary comes along because we get a substantial amount of points that I use to buy Amazon gift cards. Yep, working at HLS offers many rewards. One of my most favorites is getting to interact with the amazing patients who come to our office to create their most perfect smile!
