When I come in I feel very welcomed and probably one of my favorite things is the T-shirt I was given. I have not once had a bad experience with the office the time I have been going there.

Excellent staff and easy to work with. I'm much older than the typical pre-teen patient, but I get the same great support!

This PLACE IS AWESOME! I was so scared when I was heading into the building and I thought braces would ve terrible. But the staff was great and they were very helpful in teaching me about care for my teeth. Then I started noticing changes in my smile and feeling less nervous and scared. 5/5 would recommend.

We couldn’t be happier with the care and service we received for my daughter’s braces. From the very first consultation to the day her braces came off, the entire team was professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive to her needs. They took the time to explain every step of the process and made her feel comfortable at every visit.
The results are absolutely stunning—her smile is perfect, and we are beyond thrilled! Scheduling was always easy, and they worked with us to accommodate our busy family life. My family loves HLH Orthodontics. From when you walk in the door, the option to brush your teeth at the office before your appointment. To the friendly yet informative staff and awesome dentist. They make the entire process of having braces so much better.

This has been a great experience! Each appointment was timely and personable. The staff are amazing and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I’d recommend HLH over and over again!
Fun visits and no pain
Going to the orthodontist used to make me a little nervous, but not so much anymore! Everyone at HLS is so nice. My mom takes me to the Maumee office. The doctors and assistants always smile and talk to me like I’m important, not just to my mom. That makes me feel really comfortable and not scared at all.
Before they do anything, they explain it to me in words I can understand. Like, they showed the wire and coil before they put them in, and explained why they were using it and what it would feel like so I wasn’t surprised or confused. They also always ask me if I have any questions, which is cool because they treat me like I can make my own choices too.
They’re gentle and kind, and they even remember my name and the things I like to talk about. I never feel rushed or ignored. I actually kind of like going now, which I never thought I’d say about the dentist!
If you’re a kid who has to get braces or anything like that, I think you’d really like this office too. 😊
